Shipping Policy
1. Perishable Nature of Lactic Acid Bacteria (LAB) Serum
FROSTEZE LAB is a highly perishable product. For safety and quality reasons, we do not accept returns of any FROSTEZE LAB products under any circumstances. This ensures that no product re-enters our supply chain once it has left our facility, protecting all customers from potential cross contamination risks.
2. Address Accuracy and Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. Orders are shipped exactly as entered. Once an order has been shipped, Artisan Solutions is not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery issues resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
3. Proof of Delivery and Post-Delivery Responsibility
Once a package is marked as delivered by UPS or our carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. This includes deliveries to porches, mailrooms, front doors, farm/garden office, or any location designated by the carrier as the delivery point.
Because FROSTEZE LAB is temperature sensitive, it must be retrieved promptly upon delivery to avoid spoilage. Artisan Solutions is not responsible for stolen packages, packages left outside, or packages damaged after delivery.
